<p>Located in the heart of the city, the new residential tower is part of the UCC University College complex. Positioned in the southeast area and covering 10,000 m², the residential complex is built as part of the UCC University College campus. The entire campus blends educational and commercial centers to create a vibrant and multifunctional urban area. As part of this project, elevators with a capacity of 1000 kg, 24 stops, and a speed of 4.00 m/s were installed.</p>
