This development consists of two buildings — Victoria Residence with 21 floors and Elizabeth Tower with 51 floors — set atop a shared podium. Together, they provide 664 residential units. The residents' pool, gym, and communal garden are located on the 44th floor of Elizabeth Tower, while Victoria Residence also features a communal garden on the 16th floor.As part of the project, 8 elevators were installed with capacities ranging from 1000 to 2000 kg and a speed of 6 m/s.
