Nya Kronan
<p>Nya Kronan in central Sundbyberg has been transformed into a modern, eco-friendly office district with flexible and sustainable workplaces. A total of 40,000 square meters of new office and parking space has been created. The building features solar cells integrated into part of the façade and solar panels on the rooftops. There are large bicycle parking areas with an associated service zone and changing rooms.Nya Kronan was designed to achieve LEED Platinum Core & Shell environmental certification, which is the highest level.As part of this project, our company installed 10 panoramic elevators with speeds of up to 2 m/s.</p>
